Fixcraft is a crowdsourced platform for exposing systems that are needlessly confusing, wasteful, or frustrating—and turning that shared frustration into something useful.

People submit broken processes through a short video, photo, story, or anonymous workplace report. The community votes, shares context, and proposes better approaches. Each week, a standout system gets a focused before-and-after redesign.

Our long-term mission is to build a living map of recurring friction: evidence that helps creators develop practical fix kits and helps organizations understand what workers and customers desperately want improved.
